What services does Nowarent offer?

We offer three types of rental services designed to suit your needs:
Rental Service – We focus on bringing guests directly to you, helping you maximize bookings and visibility.
Rental with Self Check-In – Enjoy more flexibility and free time while guests check in easily on their own.
Rental with Property Management – Let our team handle everything, from guest communication to property care, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
Do we offer cleaning and laundry services?

While we don’t offer these services directly, Nowarent works with trusted partners who can take care of cleaning and laundry for you.
Is the contract time-limited?

No. You can cancel your contract at any time.
Can you work with multiple agencies?

No. You can have up to 4 weeks for your private bookings but Nowarent is the only one who can represent the property on the market.
Who will make the pictures?

Nowarent will bring a proffessional photographer at no cost to the owner.

For years I ran my holiday house, CAVE ROMANA, in Pula, Istria, by myself. It was very laborious and stressful, constantly updating five agencies, with bookings, dates and rates. Then I was lucky enough to join Nowarent.
