Modern and comfort apartments are located just a few minutes from the famous beaches of Medulin. This spacious apartment, with a total living area of 70 m2, is located on the second floor of this private house and is ideal for a couple or friends who wants to have a pleasant and peaceful vacation. A huge terrace with a seating area offers a beautiful view of the picturesque city.
This apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, where two more people can sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and a washing machine on request. A special benefit for our guests is the free use of the fitness center in Pula.
Each of our six apartments has one private parking for a normal size car, bigger vehicles are not allowed. The property has an "Adult only" policy but children from 7 years old could be accept on request. You also have access to the shared pool, which is open from 25 May until 15 September.

    We had an amazing time in Medulin. The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean and equipped with all you need during a vacation. The garden with the pool is also very clean and calm to relax. A plus point is the eqipment for kids, so we can recommend this apartment for families. The location is also very close to the center (restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc) and the beach. Finally, it has to be mentioned that the hosts received us very warmly, gave us good tips and gave us regional delicacies. We had a wonderful time and can recommend the hosts 100%.

    Hana is a great host. She gave us a lot of recommendations of what to see in the area. It made our stay so much better! As for the apartment, it was very spacious and clean.

    Es war eine sehr saubere unterkunft, geräumig, sehr freundliche Gastgeber die im unteren Teil des gebäudes Leben und stets ein Ohr für Wünsche offen hatten. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
