Beautiful spacious villa for up 10 persons in Medulin with a private swimming pool and garden.

This beautiful villa with a private pool, located in the center of Medulin is just a few minutes far from the beach. The Villa has everything you need to enjoy during your stay. You can relax on a sunbed by the pool, have a barbecue on the terrace, work out in the gym, play table tennis or darts, and children can play on the playground.
The villa has five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a separate toilet with a washing machine, and private parking in front of the villa.

The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of the most developed places in Croatia and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing in the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets.
The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym, and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin, there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centers, horse centers…
There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak, a protected area with beautiful untouched nature and 30 kilometers of well-indented beaches.

    This house is perfect. Approx. 1km away from the beach, but very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is very beautiful and clean. The pool is exceptional. We would come again any time.

    Es ist genau so wie auf der Homepage beschrieben, ein wow Effekt wenn man rein kommt :D. Es ist alles super sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Jedes Zimmer hatte eine separate Dusche mit Toilette. Die Bäckerei und die Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Herzlichen Dank an Pol und vor allem an Patricia für Ihre Gastfreundschaft ❤️ die Kinder hatten soviel Spaß am Pool mit den Luftmatratzen die wir von Patricia erhalten haben

    Die Villa ist sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet! Der Pool ist groß und einwandfrei. Viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Haus für Groß und Klein! Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit für Autos. Besitzerin des Hauses war jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr informativ! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
