Our four-star holiday home with a private pool is situated in a picturesque private location surrounded with traditional Istrian olive gardens and Mediterranean meadows. Only seven kilometers away from Rovinj's historical old town providing all the benefits of a peaceful location. The house is located on a 2500m2 plot and is only 15 minutes walk away from the beach. On the days when you just feel like staying in the villa, you can rest, assured that our home offers all the comfort and space you could wish for.

    Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich bei David und seiner Familie für den unvergessenen Urlaub bedanken! Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, im Haus fehle praktisch gar nichts! Hervorheben möchten wir den regelmäßig durch den Eigentümer gepflegten Pool, den wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten sowie den Komfort im Innern des Hauses durch die drei separaten Badezimmer und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir erinnern uns darüber hinaus gern an die geräumige Terrasse und die tollen Haustiere: Schildkröten und kleine Kätzchen! Das alles hat unsere gemeinsame Zeit mit den Eltern unvergessen gemacht.
