This beautiful Villa surrounded by greenery is located in a quiet area, with a private swimming pool, a large garden, a spacious covered terrace with barbeque and private parking. The Villa has two bedrooms each with a large double bed, a nice living room with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is a perfect place for everyone who wants to escape from the crowded city, but still only 3 km distance from the Old Town Rovinj and only 2 km from the nearest beach.

    Villa? oder nur Bruchbunde!

    Keine Villa sondern Bruchbude, vom Eigentümer der Agentur bestätigt (siehe email) Folgende Baumängel: Eingangstüre schief und kaum zu schliessen, ebenfalls die Terrassentür, verriegelt nur unten, Badezimmer Duschtür nicht schliessbar, Lampen fehlen, Türrahmen im Bad fällt herunter, weitere Türrahmen locker, Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche wurde gar nicht angeschlossen, Steckdose fehlt, Loch für den Dunstabzug vorhanden, Schlauch Fehlanzeige. Alle Möbel im Haus schief, das „Billigste vom Billigen“ wurde aufgebaut. Aussenlampe ebenfalls schief oder nicht vorhanden. Müllabfuhr kommt auch keine! Nowarent NIE WIEDER!

    We had a great time at Pol's place despite only booking a few hours prior to arrival. The location is fantastic, it's only a 2 minute ride to the center of Rovinj and you could reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria within about 10 minutes walking. Would love to come back.

    La casa è in una posizione di totale privacy, molto tranquilla in mezzo ai campi ma a soli 3km dal centro. La piscina è piacevolissima ha una temperatura ottima sia di giorno che di sera, il soggiorno è stato top! Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile!

    Pool mit Garten, inkl Gemüse und Obst zur Selbstverpflegung. sehr netter, schneller Service bei kleineren Problemchen zB mit Pool oder Kaffeemaschine. Blick auf die Kirche von Rovinj aus der Terrasse.
